An engaging way to benefit students

Our community members play a role in the St. Clement's learning environment. Whether through planning events, participating as a mentor, serving on a committee or supporting program enrichment, we encourage members of our community to share their passion and expertise for the benefit of our students.

We encourage members of our community to find ways in which they would like to volunteer and help today's students.

Annual Fund Representatives

Annual Fund Representatives are representatives of the Annual Fund for each grade. Working very closely with the Advancement Office and the Chair of the Annual Fund to ensure the awareness and success of the School's yearly Annual Fund Campaign, they are familiar with what the Annual Fund is and why the School has an Annual Fund, and are able to answer any questions parents may have.

All required information is provided by the Advancement Office and as a result, each Annual Fund Representative will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement owing to the personal nature of this information.
