As I write this blog, I am preparing to leave for Washington to attend the National Coalition of Girlsâ School Global Forum on Girls’ Education II. Held every three years,
I enjoy talking about and reflecting upon the approaches people take to achieve success regardless the task.
As many know, I also love reading and seek insight from books- whether they are fiction or non-fiction.
Adam Grant, American Psychologist, Professor at the Wharton School of the Univeristy of Pennsylvania, and best-selling author said, âTo understand success, pay less attention to the final product and more to the mundane process.â I love this quotation but know how often we have to remind ourselves and others of this piece of wisdom in our increasingly competitive and comparison-obsessed world.
