As an independent school, we do not receive any funding nor other financial support from the government. Rather, we rely on tuition and donors to operate.

Non-refundable annual fee. Applied to the yearly tuition fee.
Refunded when the student leaves the School, except in the event of unforeseen loss or damage.
ANNUAL FUND DONATION
The recommended minimum Annual Fund Donation per family. Tax receipt provided.
UNIFORM & TEXTBOOKS
The uniform is available for purchase through The Penguin’s Nest, our School Store. Textbooks for Grades 7-12 are available for purchase through a specified supplier. The Parents’ Association organized Used Uniform and Textbook sales.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE
The St. Clement’s Extended Day Program for Junior School students is available daily until 6:00pm for an additional cost. Before school care is free of charge.
Instrument rentals for our curricular music program as well as private music lessons for all grade levels and abilities can be arranged.
Associated costs such as transportation, lodging, and entrance fees will be billed to student accounts.
LUNCH & MILK PROGRAMS
All students may subscribe to the daily milk program and the monthly pizza lunch program. For the Junior School, an optional lunch program is available five days per week. For the Upper School, there is an optional bi-weekly lunch program. Both lunch programs have additional costs.
Renewable needs-based scholarships are available for students in need of assistance from Grades 7 to 12. St. Clement’s School is committed to enrolling exceptional girls from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their families’ financial situations. St. Clement’s School uses the services of Apple Financial and their Financial Aid for Canadian Students (FACS) program as a third-party organization to assess the needs of families. Applications for Financial Aid must be submitted to Apple Financial by December 3, 2019, to be considered for the 2020-2021 school year.
We offer a limited number of merit-based entrance scholarships to new students entering Grades 7 and 9 who demonstrate excellence and leadership in both their academics and co-curricular activities.
We value the involvement of parents in all aspects of school life.
School isn’t out for the entire summer – at SCS, we offer enrichment opportunities and summer school programming.
