UNIFORM & TEXTBOOKS
The uniform is available for purchase through The Penguin’s Nest, our School Store. Visit The Penguin’s Nest Online. Textbooks for Grades 7-12 are an additional cost and are available for purchase through a specified supplier. Textbooks (if applicable) for Junior School classes are provided. A small chargeback is added in the case where workbooks are purchased on behalf of the class. The Parents’ Association organizes Used Uniform and Textbook sales.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE
The St. Clement’s Extended Day Program for Junior School students is available daily until 6:00pm for an additional cost. Before school care is free of charge.
MUSIC
Instrument rentals for our curricular music program as well as private music lessons for all grade levels and abilities can be arranged.
SCHOOL TRIPS
Associated costs such as transportation, lodging, and entrance fees will be billed to student accounts.
LUNCH PROGRAM
The Junior School Lunch Program is mandatory and is approximately $2,135 for the academic year. This cost includes daily hot lunch and a morning snack. Upper School students may also purchase lunch daily using a declining balance card.
FinancialAssistance
Renewable Financial Assistance is available for students in Grades 7 to 12. St. Clement’s School is committed to enrolling exceptional girls from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their families’ financial situations. St. Clement’s School uses the services of Apple Financial and their Financial Aid for Canadian Students (FACS) program as a third-party organization to assess the needs of families. The deadline to submit applications to Apple Financial for Financial Assistance is Sunday, December 1, 2024 to be considered for the 2025-2026 school year.
MeritScholarships
We offer a limited number of merit-based entrance scholarships to new students entering Grades 7 and 9 who demonstrate excellence and leadership in both their academics and co-curricular activities.
Applications are due on Sunday, December 1, 2024 to be considered for the 2025-2026 school year.
