SummerOpportunities.

Learning doesn’t need to take a summer vacation! St. Clement’s School offers a number of opportunities during the summer to expand your knowledge, learn about something new, or get ahead for next year.

Summer School

St. Clement’s School offers Ontario credit courses designed to provide students with an exceptional academic experience commencing in June.

This unique schedule allows course completion by mid-July, affording students more time during their summer months to work, attend camp, travel, or vacation with family.

Summer School runs June 22 – July 17, 2020.

Registration is now closed for SCS Summer School 2020.

Courses Offered

Advanced Functions (MHF4U)

This course extends students’ experience with functions. Students will investigate the properties of polynomial, rational, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions; broaden their understanding of rates of change; and develop facility in applying these concepts and skills.

Prerequisite: MCR3U

Students will also refine their use of the mathematical processes necessary for success in senior mathematics. This course is intended both for students taking the Calculus and Vectors course as a prerequisite for a university program and for those wishing to consolidate their understanding of mathematics before proceeding to any one of a variety of university programs.

Students will require a TI-83 or TI-84 graphing calculator.
