Since 2010, SCS and its Indigenous Studies course have been building a meaningful relationship with the community of Moose Factory, home to the Moose Cree First Nation, in northern Ontario. Through this, our girls have become more aware and understanding of Indigenous culture and issues, and the importance of reconciliation. As some of our Grade 10 students are visiting Moose Factory right now, here’s a look at how this relationship began and has been evolving over time.
