It was the turn of some of St. Clementâs youngest members to share their accomplishments and achievements at the Grade 1-3 Spring Showcase on June 6.
Grade 1 performed a song in Powell Hall and Grade 2 and 3 combined for a performance of The Tempest which would have impressed even the Bard himself. The students then led their parents and other visitors on a tour of the hallways, foyer, the Lassonde Library, and their classrooms, where they proudly showed off their accumulated work.
From written assignments and academic prowess to portraits and still-lifes, collages, mosaics, silhouettes, installations, and even a three-dimensional model of the St. Clementâs neighbourhood, there was no shortage of creativity and ability on display.
The event provided a wonderful opportunity for friends and family to see all that the multi-talented Clementines had accomplished throughout the course of the school year.
