Parents’ Association Welcome Barbeque

As wisps of smoke drifted into clear blue skies and the sizzle of the grill filled the warm late-afternoon air, the St. Clement’s School community gathered on Monday, September 17, for the annual Parents’ Association Welcome Barbecue.

Held each September to welcome everyone back to 21 St. Clements Avenue for another school year, the event was well attended by students, parents, faculty, and staff.  The SCS Side Yard was home to a large bouncy castle while hamburgers, hot dogs, and other treats were on offer in the circular driveway.

Clementines and their families – including a few alumnae who accompanied their daughters or grand-daughters – had the opportunity to meet each other, chat with teachers, staff, and fellow parents and students, as well as partake in games and even win a few prizes.

The Parents’ Association looks forward to welcoming more members of the SCS community throughout the coming year.
