SCS Arts Banquet

“To create one’s world in any of the arts takes courage,” once proclaimed American artist Georgia O’Keeffe. With courage being a characteristic that’s never in short supply at St. Clement’s School, it’s not surprising that there is so much creativity always on display.

Each year the School pays tribute to that immense talent with the Arts Banquet, a celebration of all things art.

On November 13, workshops were set up throughout the School with clever Clementines given the opportunity for some hands-on learning. Those lessons included DJ-ing, theatrical make-up, cupcake decoration, bag embroidery, jewellery, drumming, vogueing, and terrarium building. The enthusiasm was as great as the talent and the results were as impressive as the smiles.

The day ended with a spectacular dinner and everyone looking forward to continuing to stretch their artistic wings.
