With the St. Clement’s Alumnae Reunion Weekend just around the corner, it’s time to make sure you’ve RSVP’d and are ready to celebrate with friends, family, and SCS teachers past and present.
First time attending the Reunion Weekend? Here’s a list of the five types of people you can expect to see.
The besties
We lived and breathed SCS during our time there, forming friendships that will last a lifetime. At Alumnae Reunion Weekend, you’ll find groups of besties having fun in the photo booth at the cocktail party (remember to #scsalum when you share on Insta, ok?) or laughing over a cup of coffee at Saturday’s lunch.
The favourite teacher
Whether it was in history, math, English or gym – we all had at least one SCS teacher that made a huge impact on our lives. Alumnae Reunion Weekend is the perfect occasion to catch up after the Friday morning assembly, or over a cocktail at the party, and thank them for helping shape us into the impressive women we are today.
The one person you haven’t seen since graduation
Although the milestone reunion years (10 year, 20 year and beyond) usually bring out the largest groups, you never really know who is going to show up at Reunion Weekend! Who knows, you might bump into someone you haven’t seen since grad and rekindle an old friendship.
The mother daughter duo
At St. Clement’s we have a history of dynamic mother daughter duos (and sometimes grandmothers too!) Where better to celebrate with your mom or grandma then at the Alumnae Reunion?
The wise, wise alum
From stories about SCS “in the good old days” to advice on career opportunities, our alumnae network is full of wise women. For younger graduates who may not have attended the Saturday luncheon, this is a perfect opportunity to meet and network with alum who do not normally attend the cocktail party.
Please join us for the 2017 Alumnae Reunion Weekend from May 5-7! For more information or to RSVP, contact Meagan Thomas by phone at 416 483 4414 x 2231 or by email at meagan.thomas@scs.on.ca
We hope to see you there.
