Pre-exam stress was swept away with a little help from TWO (The Word’s Out), the student-led committee dedicated to fostering awareness of mental health at SCS. Members of TWO made like Santa’s Elves, surprising 350 of their fellow students in Grades 7 to 12 with their surreptitious delivery of exam care packages to one and all.
TWO Committee members had been hard at work over the last month, securing community donations, creating study tips, and developing recipe cards with suggestions for healthy study snacks and meals. With no sleigh required, in one short morning the girls spread a little kindness and cheer to the whole Upper School.
