It is amazing to me that this year marks the final year of our three-year strategic plan. It is time to begin planning for the future. In some ways, āplanning for the futureā seems fruitless as the future is an unknown entity.
Ringing in a new year provides a time for reflection and an opportunity to consider what the future will bring. Typically, one takes stock of what one has accomplished and resolves to accomplish various tasks and goals over the coming year.
Over the past several months I have been doing a tremendous amount of research and reading about the future of education, the challenges associated with change, and the need for innovation.
