A Message from Arts Captain, Emily S. ’22

Despite a snowstorm, Ms Chisholm’s Grade 4 class made a trip to a veterinary clinic recently. The trip was virtual, of course, but the excitement and curiosity were just as real as if the students had been there in person.
Spirit Week has always been a big deal at St. Clement’s School. It’s an annual celebration of everything that is creative and spirited. It features fun competitions by grade, that bring out some of the greatest flare and most impressive teamwork each year.
Ms Chisholm’s Grade 4 class took a virtual trip to Hollywood North recently with an Alumna as their guide.

Our regular Wednesday full-school virtual gathering was a special e-STEM-bly this week, in advance of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science on February 11.

Rose Hegele ’11 has always loved anything to do with sound and knew that her dream was to have a career in music. This week, she joined Ms Chisholm’s Grade 4 class virtually from her home in Boston to share what it means to be a freelance musician.

St. Clement’s School recently marked International Holocaust Remembrance Day with a virtual visit by Holocaust survivor Dr. Israel Unger, grandfather of Meira H.

Amongst the many things for which St. Clement’s School is renowned are the strength of its community and the outstanding women it produces. To kick off this week and for the foreseeable future,
Each school year, St. Clement’s School’s student leaders select a charity to support through fundraising efforts and a general awareness campaign. At this week’s essembly, the Prefects announced that the charity adopted for the 2020-2021 school year is Visions of Science.
